There are no waterfalls of any great size in Calabash Valley, but the water-cut gorge is gorgeous and will appeal to visitors in the area to explore the many waterfalls nearby. The valley was once developed as a scenic area, but has long been closed, although it’s still possible and not difficult to access the lower part of the gorge, via an unsurfaced road and then a short scramble down an overgrown slope above the base of the valley.

There are loads, although many are tricky to reach nowadays because suspension bridges have been damaged and trails are overgrown.
